Say “Yes” to your dress isn’t a hard thing!

  • Browse our seasonal collections online. Certain revisions to design details are negotiable and can be accommodated. For instance, you may opt to modify the design or alter elements such as the neckline, back, sleeves, or fabric, including the lace pattern.

    Once you have chosen a design, please proceed to purchase the order online. If you wish to stick to the original design, simply select the preferred color (if applicable) and size to proceed with the order.

  • If you would like to make revisions to the design, please select the "Personalization" option before proceeding with the purchase. This will allow you to select a suitable date and confirm an appointment for a "talk-to-designer" meeting via email.

    Our team will then engage in a discussion with you regarding the revision plan. After one week, we will provide you with a sketch and quotation (if any) for your consideration.

    Upon receiving the sketch, you will have the opportunity to review and provide any further feedback or adjustments. Our team will work closely with you to ensure that the final design meets your expectations and preferences.

  • You have the option to select a standard size from our size chart. In this case, you may choose to have the dress made adjustable with a lace-up back or opt for a back with zippers (and buttons if desired). Check size chart.

    Alternatively, you may choose the made-to-measure option, where you will be provided with an online tutorial and a comprehensive measurement sheet with clear graphic illustrations to ensure accurate body measurements. We will contact you via email if you select “made-to-measure” option while purchasing the dress.

  • If any adjustments are needed for fabrics and accessories beyond the existing design, rest assured that we will handle the sourcing of the materials.

    To ensure the satisfaction of all our clients, including those who choose an original design from our seasonal collections, we will ship sample fabric pieces to you as part of the first package (part 1). This allows you to confirm the fabric choices and ensure that you are pleased with the selection.

    Once the pattern has been created, a sample dress piece will be made accordingly. Along with fabric samples, it will be shipped to you for further confirmation of the pattern and size as part of the first package (part 2).

    • Please note that the sample dress piece is not intended as a reference for fabrics. Its purpose is to showcase the result of pattern making and to confirm the size. The confirmation of fabrics will be done through the small pieces of fabric samples provided separately.

  • Finally, the completed dress will be shipped to you (final package with exquisite gift box).
